If you want us to scatter the ashes of a loved one, but cannot attend, simply take these two steps:

1. Complete the Authorization for Scattering at Sea form.  You can print the authorization form by clicking on the link on this page or on the authorization form page.  We can also mail or fax the authorization form to you.

2. Insert the authorization form and your check or money order for $100 payable to Funeral At Sea in the outer cremated remains shipping container.  Mail via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail Express to:

                           Oldsmar, FL 34677 

The  Funeral at Sea of your loved one will be performed within 30 days and certificate documenting the: day, time and location will be sent to you.
